Answered Prayer In Nepal
Early today , I received the following email from our puppet director in Nepal! Rejoice with me that the Father has kindly saved his life and the lives of his family! Please keep praying for Nepal! We have a trip scheduled there in October and are still planning on going at that time. Here is my friend’s letter.
Dearest Ones,
We are safe by God’s grace. Thank you very much for praying for us. The terror and fear of the earthquake still remains. The death toll has reached to 3500 and it can be doubled. Many places, rescue teams are still unavailable because of the geographical conditions and unfavorable weather.
Many believers have also lost their lives as the main earthquake came when most of the churches were in the fellowship. Life is very very difficult in areas like the Kathmandu valleys, Dhading, Gorkha, Nuwakot, Rasuwaand and Kavre. These places are in the center part of Nepal.
It is heart touching to see the buildings turned into ruins. Please continue to pray for Nepal!
