Dearest friends,
We are at the Atlanta airport and on our way to Peru! God has graciously provided a translator for us and we are so grateful!! We are also very thankful to all of you who gave to make this trip possible. We are traveling with 14 suitcases of equipment so we can plant 2 new teams and resupply a 3rd. Praise the Lord that United took all of our bags, though the cost was more than we had budgeted.
We want to see God do big and amazing things among the Quechua people. Please ask God to make us light and fill us with His kindness. I have great expectations for this trip, not just for he people that we are seeking to serve but also for us. I picture following Jesus as a great ocean. I want us to go deep and understand His words. I want us to love the way He loved people. I want us to go deeper and deeper and deeper until people see more of Him and less of us. Please hold us in your prayers.
